5 stars isn’t enough our sales man Marco he deserves 10. He made our car dreams come true! Came in Friday after the 4th to test drive, drove off Wednesday with our amazing car! And we were NOT an easy case to get financing and the team at gale toyota made it happen! They were also in constant communication which was refreshing. Dealing with other dealerships in the past they said they would call you, then 2 days later. They were on there A game and it was much appreciated! The finance manager thoroughly went through our buying process, and answered all my questions. Even when I asked the same question over and over! The whole team at Gale Toyota were very friendly. Trying to purchase a used car is not an experience I would wish upon anyone. I would show up to look at a car and it would look nothing like the pictures. However, that was not my experience at Gale Toyota. I scheduled a test drive and Chris was promptly waiting for me and provided me with a receipt of what the dealership had done on the vehicle. He was also able to provide me with background information about the car, which put my mind at ease. Any question I had, he was prepared for, and his patience was appreciated. I cannot say enough great things about Chris and would recommend him 10 times out of 10. A professional car salesman who looks out for and cares about his customers.

I had a great experience at Gale Toyota! Everyone was friendly and efficient. I was waiting for a new vehicle to arrive and Derrick kept me informed of the timeline. When the vehicle arrived I decided I wanted another color it was no issue Gale was on the lookout to find the vehicle I really wanted within days they had the new vehicle and called me right away.
