I have been searching for a newer used truck all around the northern Ct and western Ma area for weeks. Contacted and visited many dealerships. Only to be aggrivated by terrible customer service, until I saw a decent truck online a week ago. Asked for more info online and got an immediate response, from Morgan, late on a Sat night. She said she would have someone contact me on Monday when they opened. Was contacted by an online sales rep, Ashley, Monday am, as promised. Asked a lot of questions and got quick and honest answers throughout the week. Set up a time with an inhouse sales rep, Barbara Hodges, to test drive and check out truck. Barbara answered all my questions, gave me all the info i asked for, even pulled the truck out of a very tight parking spot in the lot for me, put up with all my sarcasm and made the entire buying process very easy. Then Chelsea ran through all the dreaded paperwork stuff that is usually a pain, but she made the process painless and simple. You can buy a vehicle anywhere, but when it comes to above and beyond customer service, these 4 incredible women- Morgan, Ashley, Barbara and Chesea, are unmatched in the area. I will highly recommend Gale Toyota to everyone because of them.
