Dee Finkel was my contact throughout the process, and he made everything so easy. He was very low pressure and was very personable with myself and my son. He was a delight to work with every time I went in, from the test drive, to inspecting the vehicle when it arrived (yes, they made the extra effort to find the color I wanted at another far away dealership---thank you!!!), and finally to picking up my car today. Dee gave me a "tour" of my new car today to help me understand the new features that I am not used to, and is making himself available ad infinitum if I have questions or concerns down the road. I traveled an hour to get to this dealership, and it was well worth the exploration to find them! I can't praise this dealership enough, and will be recommending it and Dee to my friends and family. Starlyn is a great salesman. My Mom has bought a car from him, and I have bought two cars from him. Always a very easy and pleasant experience to deal with him. Very knowledgeable and friendly and willing to work with you on your purchase.

Dee was amazing the whole way through. Honest, knowledgeable, and personable. Couldn't ask for a better sales rep. Starlyn was awesome as well--as I was pulling away in my new car, he came up (I thought something was wrong) but he just offered to clean a smudge off my windshield. Premium service! Love the car--its perfect. Ashley is a joy to be around as well, extremely nice, remembered our names and faces, and brought an excited happiness to the whole situation. Chelsea was great too, very direct and efficient with the business side of things. I would come back.

I bought a used Highlander last week. My experience from start to finish was nothing short of fantastic. Everyone that I had an interaction with was very kind and personable. However, my husband and I specifically worked with Dee. If you are looking for someone who is upfront and honest, as well as just an over all kind human, I highly recommend going to see Dee!
