STARLYN was the absolute best car sales person I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He was so nice and so patient while I test drive a bunch of cars and asked a million questions about each one, and in gross rainy weather too. It was like working with a friend and I felt like he truly cared about me driving away in the right car for me, not just a car so he could make money. If you want someone trustworthy, patient, thorough, knowledgeable and just all around awesome, I highly recommend him 100%!!!

He offered the perfect combination of knowledge of the car and kindness in teaching us old folks all about the new gadgets in the new car. He made himself available at every turn and answered every question without leaving any stones unturned. I would highly recommend asking for him when you visit there. We also spent a bit of time with Chelsea in the office. Once again, her knowledge of warranties coupled with kindness and patience were unsurpassed. Thank you Nick and Chelsea and everyone else who had a part in our purchasing our new car. This is the third vehicle we have bought here and we will keep coming back.

Decided to delete my old review for a better one. Bought a used wrangler in November and had a few serious issues with it right from the start.I Definitely didn’t appreciate the owners reply as it was wrong in a few ways. I felt my hand was forced to make my point very clear I was not in the wrong and was committed to doing just that. Luckily a man built on INTEGRITY reached out a month ago and wanted to know what he could do to make it right. That man is Jason. He called me and heard me out and treated me with absolute respect which was how all of this should have gone in the first place. I dropped it off at hi-tech transmission shop and Jason took over once he found out. They fixed that issue, brought it to their shop and repaired every problem I mentioned and a few I didn’t know about. That is above and beyond customer service every customer deserves. If Gale wants to do anything else they need to promote Jason and give him a big fat raise after what he did for me. After the very rough start I can say I am happy with my purchase and the Jeep is now how it should have been. I’d buy a vehicle new or used from him specifically and will send anyone looking his way as he deserves every penny he gets from the commission

I recently had a great experience purchasing my new Toyota tundra at gale toyota! Will you are the best! Right from the start he was very friendly and personable. Answered every question I had and did everything in his power to get me my dream truck. Even with the there office being under construction everyone their couldn’t have been nicer. Will is an outstanding salesmen and even called to wish me a happy birthday. I’m extremely happy how everything was handled and can’t say thank you enough to Will and Ben for making this happen. Communication was responsive and clear from the initial inquiry through delivery — Nick kept us updated on the vehicle’s build and transit status and was easy to reach with questions. The pricing was transparent with no surprises. The out-the-door number we agreed to upfront was exactly what appeared on the final paperwork, which isn’t always a given. The finance team went the extra mile and found us a better rate through a local credit union than we’d expected walking in, which we appreciated. Delivery day was efficient and well-organized. The car was prepped and ready, and everything was as promised. They also gave us a fair number on our trade-in. Overall a professional, low-pressure experience. Today I got my second service of an oil change and tire rotation. Josh was my mechanic and he did a great job. He was friendly and answered my questions . The woman at the service desk was friendly as well. I’m happy I chose Gale Toyota.

Just brought my grandsons Honda to Gale. As always Rich Golden did a great job and did not try to get me to do something that did not need doing. He is so honest. We will bring it back to him in the future
