As a serious shopper, I was expertly guided through the whole experience by the Gale Toyota staff. It was a pleasant and rewarding experience. This was my first time buying a used car. Salesperson Bob Kittell thoroughly described the vehicles on the lot that matched my needs. I looked, chose, and drove. Bob's process was friendly informative and no-pressure. Bob facilitated my request to take the vehicle to a mechanic for a presale mechanics report. I discussed mechanical and cosmetic work I wanted done prior to purchase with Bob. Gale Toyota repair shop completed this work without additional charges. All the paperwork, including registration and financing was processed by Bob and associates. The financing department also explained four different optional warranty/servicing plans. They were reasonably priced and I selected one that met my needs. Thank you Bob and Gale Toyota

Starlyn was awesome as well--as I was pulling away in my new car, he came up (I thought something was wrong) but he just offered to clean a smudge off my windshield. Premium service! Love the car--its perfect. Ashley is a joy to be around as well, extremely nice, remembered our names and faces, and brought an excited happiness to the whole situation. Chelsea was great too, very direct and efficient with the business side of things. I would come back.
