Update** Just got myself a 2nd car from Gale and my experience with Nick and Chelsea was 10/10, yet again! Fast, easy and great service every step of the way! After going back and forth with myself for months on if I should pull the trigger on a new car, I finally decided it wouldn't hurt to look around and see what's out there. I have always been intrigued with Toyotas but have never had one prior. I saw the newer Rav4's and fell in love, it had all the features I loved about a vehicle, and more! I immediately called Gale and got the best customer service from Nick. He helped me every step of the way and made my car buying experience absolutely seamless. I was able to get everything done in one day and he was there every step of the way to help me with any questions I had. The care and attention I was given was exceptional. When closing the deal, we did run into some technical difficulties with the system (computers really are the worst sometimes), but Chelsea was able to work her magic and make it all work out for me to be able to take the car home the same day. She explained everything I was signing in great detail which made the process a million times more comfortable. After that, Nick spent almost an hour with me showing me every feature my new car has, helped me pair up the Toyota app with the car, and made sure I downloaded the Toyota financial app so I could easily make my payments online. I would recommend Gale to anyone looking for a car, they truly care about their customers and what they do here. I am so thankful 🙂

Great experience overall. Was looking for a newer pre-owned vehicle with low mileage for my daughter and found the perfect car at a great price. What I personally liked the most was that they ensured its safety by replacing the brake pads and all four tires before putting it on the market. My sales associate, Abel, was also very helpful and attentive throughout the process without ever being pushy. Car buying can be stressful, but this was an easy, positive experience at all angles.
