Gale Toyota has been family-owned in Enfield since 1969 — 55+ years in the same community. The people who work here tend to stay, because we treat them like people, not headcount. And with a brand-new state-of-the-art facility on the way, there’s room to grow into sales, service, parts, and detail roles from the ground floor. Whether you’re an experienced technician or looking for your first real career, here’s what working at Gale looks like.

Specific eligibility and details are reviewed during the hiring process. Ask us anything — we’ll give you straight answers.
We hire across the whole dealership, from entry-level positions with room to grow to experienced, certified professionals.
Automotive technicians (including ASE-certified), plus service support and BDC roles. If you’re a certified tech, we offer paid training and the equipment to do the job right; if you’re starting out, there are on-the-job paths into the trade.
Automotive detailers and lot attendants/porters — great entry points with room to grow into sales, service, or detail leadership.
Sales consultants and Business Development Center (BDC) agents on both the sales and service sides — the people who help our customers by phone, online, and in person.
Parts team members, accounting clerks, receptionists, and front-desk/administrative roles that keep the store running.
Our sister company also hires vehicle purchasing agents — a distinct role focused on appraising and buying vehicles from the public.
