I went to Gale Toyota after seeing a car I was interested in online. The salesperson who I met with (Paul) was fantastic. I felt comfortable from the start, never felt pressured, and he seemed genuinely interested in helping me make sure the car I was looking at was a good fit for me. He was knowledgeable but didn’t hesitate to admit if he needed to look something up, which I appreciate that he just didn't make up an answer. Once I decided to make a purchase, the rest of the process was smooth. Everyone I met there was friendly and helpful, took the time to explain things, and ensured that I understood each step of the purchase process. I have not worked with the service department, but look forward to a similar experience there.

Great experience overall. Was looking for a newer pre-owned vehicle with low mileage for my daughter and found the perfect car at a great price. What I personally liked the most was that they ensured its safety by replacing the brake pads and all four tires before putting it on the market. My sales associate, Abel, was also very helpful and attentive throughout the process without ever being pushy. Car buying can be stressful, but this was an easy, positive experience at all angles.
