When your car dies and you're stuck on the side of the road, all you want is for your car to be promptly seen and serviced. When my usual dealer in MA couldn't get me in for two weeks I knew I had to look elsewhere. When I called Gale Service and Jacob told me late on a Friday afternoon that they could get my car in and look at immediately I was overjoyed. I told Jacob that not only does my job rely on me having a working vehicle but I am leaving for a weekend trip 6 hours away that night and need to have a working car. He told me he'd see what he could do to help me out; it was the first glimmer of hope I had that afternoon. I spent the next hour and a half calling around to every Enterprise Rent-A-Car to try to get myself in a vehicle so our family trip wasn't ruined. Because they had low inventory due to summer renters there was nothing available. Just when I had lost all hope, Jacob called with more bad news, "Your alternator is shot and we won't be able to get it back till you till Monday afternoon at the earliest but most likely Tuesday". However, he followed up that bit of news with "We had a loaner come in and if you still need a vehicle you can come pick it up." It was the best news I had all day. Jacob even offered to stay late so I could pick the vehicle. He saved my family trip and allowed me to continue working the following week while my car was still being taken care of. It was ready within the timeline he initially presented to me and he kept me informed every step of the way. It may have been a necessity that drove me to bring my car to Gale Toyota but it was the excellent staff that will keep me coming back for my Toyota needs in the future. I plan on recommending Gale to my parents to bring their Toyota in the future as well.

Marc and his lil dog Albie were the best part of our experience at Gale Toyota. After several recommendations I stepped into the dealership in Enfield for a used car. After many days of back and forth getting the car checked out etc, I was happy to say I signed the papers and will be driving away with a Honda Pilot. Marc was phenomenal and his dedication was paramount. He kept us in the loop with every aspect of our purchase and made sure to take his time. After a small speed bump with finances he called me the next day and made sure we met with a great guy named Paul who took care of everything else. Paul was very patient explaining all the jargon that I didn’t understand and was very kind. Several others were very sweet to my elderly mom, running out with the umbrella in the rain, getting her a drink, making her comfy etc. I greatly appreciated those who took the time to care. All and all, I’m proud of the service I received and was greatful to Marc for being such an outstanding guy. Shout out to Marko, Bobby and Barbara for adding to our experience. You guys rock.

My experience with Marc was terrific. He was patient, knowledgeable and got me through the process of buying a car very efficiently.

We found the vehicle on car gurus and then worked with Derrick to get a deal done. He explained the out of state purchase process and helped me get all the right documentation before arriving at the dealership. Finance office was smooth and easy going no presssure. Overall would recommend. Easy purchase.
