It can be difficult to get back into the civilian workforce after a deployment or after having left the military in general. Employers can see hundreds of resumes when looking to fill a position, and it can be a challenge to stand out and explain how your training, skills and service translate to how you can help a business. 

The Chamber and Toyota understand these difficulties and together have created a resume builder platform that helps veterans and servicemen and women gather together all of their military accomplishments and translate it into something that civilian employers can better understand and more readily see the value you can bring to their place of business.

Gale Toyota Scion understands that spouses of military service members can have a difficult time finding employment and conveying their skills into a resume. Moving around with their spouse from base to base can make it difficult to hold onto a job long term but that doesn't mean that those experiences cannot be used to build a strong resume with a little help.

Caring for children at home, volunteering in various communities, working part-time or temporary jobs. All of these can show value to prospective employers if they are leveraged correctly in a high-quality resume.
