How safe is the 2021 Toyota RAV4?

When looking for a new vehicle, the safety features that come equipped inside and out of that vehicle are crucial. Obviously, you want a safe vehicle, but how safe is it? The team at Gale Toyota wants you to know how safe each one of their vehicles is, and today we will be focusing on the 2021 Toyota RAV4. Below we will cover just a few of the key safety features that come with the RAV4, starting with the front and rear braking assist feature.

2021 Toyota RAV4 – Front and Rear Braking Assist

The first thing to point out in the 2021 RAV4 is the front and rear braking assist features. This system does a great job of letting you know if there is a possible oncoming collision either towards the front end of your vehicle or the rear end. This system will send out audio and visual warnings to let you know when you might be getting too close to another object and can even brake for you if necessary.

2021 Toyota RAV4 – Blind Spot Monitor

While out on the road, one of the most annoying things is not knowing if there’s a vehicle in either one of your blind spots. With the RAV4’s blind spot monitor, you can get a visual and audio warning whenever a vehicle enters that forbidden, unseen area. This feature is essential when it comes to highway driving, and does a fantastic job keeping you safe and confident behind the wheel.

2021 Toyota RAV4 – Star Safety System

Included with the 2021 Toyota RAV4 is the Star Safety System. This system is composed of six different advanced technology features that are designed to keep you as safe as possible. Some of the different features include traction control, brake assist, and an anti-lock braking system. All of this is available and at your service when you become the owner of a RAV4.

2021 Toyota RAV4 – Roadside Assistance

Along with the Star Safety System, the Toyota suite of vehicles also comes with roadside assistance. When you drive off the lot in your new Toyota vehicle, you get two years of roadside assistance, no matter how many miles you drive. You also unlock a no-cost maintenance plan that covers normal factory services for two years, or 25,000 miles, whichever comes first.
